LEA9 Barefoot Wanders

I have been given the most amazing opportunity in SL... I've been given half a sim to create Barefoot Wanders on a bigger scale.

I finally feel ready to open it and make it public that it's READY!

I have created 3 domes; The Swing... The Water... and The River... There is a ground landing zone here.  You can collect landmarks to each dome from here.

There are small yellow arrows around the place which will take you to various photography viewing places.

I would love to have a more interactive feel to the installation with all pictures created there on display within the sim.  So... if you take pictures... send them my way.  Either give them to me directly in SL... Put it on the flickr stream and I can upload it to SL.
Basically, however you would like to contribute... get in contact with me, Rosie Renfew.

The pictures below will give you a LM to each place too!

How to add pictures to the photo cave.

There is now a photo cave where you can see pictures created at The Swing...


The TP will take you to a television set where some pictures I created are on show.  If you would like to add some pictures.  This is really the main aim of this project... send me the pictures any way you wish!  In world is the easiest way, however if you wish to send me a link to a flickr picture that's fine too.

Crackers and Machinima.

While profile stalking at C88 yesterday I read about a film Machinima maker in SL.  I looked at a couple of his youtube links.  I read his profile and asked about crackers!
Then he made this!
The setting is Barefoot Wanders... my little project
The man is Aeran Stipe who happened to pop in when said film Machinima maker was filiming.
The film machinima maker is Shaman Nitely.

What's this all about then...

I am in the very early stages of setting up an interactive art space in SL.  I love visiting places to take photographs.  However, rarely do I come across somewhere where the art people create there is in itself part of the experience.  So... I have created Barefoot Wanders.

At the moment, the area is very small and is in the process of being finished.  However, I thought I would share my idea.  More for myself than you lot!

Each skydome has a different theme or focus.  In each setting there will be a hidden TP, where you can TP to an place where you can view the art work created in that particular space.

I want to make the area more interactive.  I love looking at flickr and seeing what people create, however, I'd like to take it back to SL in some way.
